IT Sales Associate

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Sales Associate to work with our IT services Sales Team. The person will closely work with the Sales Managers in driving B2B sales for IT Services such as CRM tools, AI Services, and digital solutions. This role is ideal for graduates with some work experience in Technical/IT Sales or marketing research and data handling who have strong communication skills and an interest in technology-driven sales. The candidate should be confident, articulate, and capable of researching and sourcing clients and good with MS Excel for maintaining the data.
Responsibilities
• Support the Sales Managers in day-to-day sales activities and client coordination
• Assist in understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable technical solutions
• Conduct market research and maintain customer and lead data
• Participate in client calls, demos, and follow-ups
• Prepare sales research reports, presentations, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes
• Stay updated with industry trends, software solutions, and emerging technologies such as AI
Requirements
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding or keen interest in B2B tech sales
• Familiarity with software tools beyond MS Office (CRM tools, Salesforce CRM, SaaS platforms, collaboration tools, etc.)
• Data Research tools knowledge like Apollo, Lusha, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator etc
• Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment
Experience: 6 months - 1 years’ experience (Market Research & Data
handling)
Qualification:
• Any Graduate (Preferable BBA, B.com) (Marketing, Sales, or related specialization)
• Strong focus on communication and presentation skills
• Ability to converse confidently with B2B clients
• Interest in technology, software, and IT-enabled services
• Willingness to work in the evening/night shift (2 PM – 11 PM).
• Hands on expertise with MS Excel and Data Research
